The Chibi Project 2007

The moment has arrived at last! After a couple of weeks drawing the lineart and more than a month of coloring, shading, highlighting, re-shading and re-highlighting, the Chibi Project 2007 is now complete! All of the ten DeviantArt artists (plus three more picked luckily out of the hat) have been Chibified and displayed for viewing pleasure!

I have decided to go back to one of my most random shading and highlighting techniques to see how it would work out with the chibis. Should this kind of thing stick throughout my future projects? You help me decide!

What is obviously new is how I did the eyes. Completly made up, original, fits with the rest of the coloring. I guess it was pulled off without much thought. And it worked! XD
