PCA - Snipe the Riolu

Finally completing the ensemble of the Team Elites for the PCA, Snipe the Riolu gets his appearance as well! I got him in his usual outfit than in the PCA-regulated school outfits as they have said some time after I got this picture outlined.

Name: Snipe the Riolu
Bio: Snipe is a natural street Pokémon who knows how to get around tight spots and trouble. Armed only with his skateboard, he finds his own style of fighting while growing up in the urban lifestyle. When he befriended Gex the Treecko, he then got to know Jolt and Jaul, who in turn after all three of them enlisted to the Pokémon Combat Academy, decided to become the final key in completing a 4-Pokémon team. Shoulder-by-shoulder, they all advance as one complete army.
